About
You're not bad with money. You're just blind to it.
Clint started as a frustration. We kept losing track of subscriptions, getting surprised by invoices we thought we'd cancelled, and couldn't answer a simple question — how much did I actually spend last month?

Our mission
Give every person the financial clarity that used to require a dedicated accountant.
Most financial tools are built for either power users who love spreadsheets, or passive users who just want a pretty chart. There's a vast middle ground — people who are smart, organised, and completely capable of managing their money — they just don't have the time to wrangle data manually.
Clint automates the boring part. Connect your Gmail, and within minutes you'll see every invoice, every recurring charge, and every vendor you've paid — neatly categorised, searchable, and ready to act on. No bank connections that break at 3am. No CSV imports. No guessing.
Why email
Your inbox is already a financial ledger.
Every purchase confirmation, every SaaS renewal, every freelance invoice — it all goes to your email first. Before your bank statement, before your accounting software, before anywhere else.
We realised that if we built a system that understood email the same way a smart human assistant would — reading receipts, extracting amounts, spotting patterns — we could give people an accurate picture of their spending without asking them to do any extra work.
Bank connections are fragile and opaque. Email is under your control, always available, and contains exactly the right level of detail. That's the bet we made, and the users who switched from traditional tools haven't looked back.
How we build
Our principles
Zero manual entry
If it landed in your inbox, it belongs on your dashboard. No spreadsheets, no drag-and-drop, no copy-paste.
Privacy by default
We only read the emails you point us to. Invoice data is extracted and stored; your raw email content is never retained.
Clarity over cleverness
Every feature exists to reduce cognitive load, not add to it. If something is hard to understand, we haven't finished building it.
Design is a product decision
We believe that how something looks shapes how well it works. Good information design isn't decoration — it's function.
The team
Small team. Strong opinions.
We're a tight-knit team of designers and engineers who obsess over readability, information density, and the feeling of software that just works. We call our design philosophy Neo-Swiss Minimalism — functional, structured, but never cold.
We ship fast, talk to users constantly, and have a deep distaste for dashboards that make you feel dumb. If Clint ever makes you feel that way, that's a bug we want to hear about.
